Refund & Return Policy

At VedKashi, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our Ayurvedic wellness products, we follow specific return and refund guidelines.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product bottle is leaking or broken

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns if:

  • Product has been opened or used

  • Customer does not like the product

  • Customer changes mind after delivery

  • Mild variation in packaging

Ayurvedic oils are personal care products and cannot be resold once opened.


3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless product is damaged or wrong item delivered.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

  • If a COD order is rejected at the time of delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

  • Repeated fake orders may lead to blacklisting.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


6. Important Note

VedKashi Ayurvedic Knee Pain Relief Oil is intended for external use only. Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee medical cure claims.
